Autumn Willshaw

Graduate student at Jack Welch Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Leadership. I have worked in fast food, janitorial, retail merchandising, laundry services, pizza delivery, waste management, and the transportation and logistics industry. As a Team Member Trainer, I helped entry employees learn the skills to be productive in the fast food industry. I was the #1 Pizza Delivery Driver in only one week of employment. My passion is to train and lead others. Like Simon Sinek said, ''Leadership is the awesome responsibility to see those around us rise" (1). Moments when others rise, are the true meaning of Success.
