Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- 18 or older with a valid Driver's License
- High school graduate with 1 year of algebra or geometry with a passing grade
- All applicants must appear in person!
- In California, at the beginning of each quarter, on the SECOND MONDAY OF THAT MONTH (January, April, July & October). Applications are open from 9:00 AM and close promptly at 2:00 PM at 3801 Park Road, Benicia, CA 94510.
